14 Gold Coach

Laurence attended Garces High School before going on to attend Bakersfield College.  Laurence has played indoor volleyball and grass/sand doubles for 
22 years.  He has also been a referee for 12 years at the College, Club and 
High School levels.  He is entering his 4^th season with KRVC and is also 
currently the assistant varsity coach at Garces where he is in his second year 
helping Terry Evens.  Laurence said that one of his greatest 
accomplishments was leading his team to a 75^th finish at the Festival, a 
34 spot jump from where they started, and along the way beating the # 52 
& # 33 seeds. 

Laurence is currently a Wireless Communication Specialist for Applied 
Technology and he will be coaching our 14 Gold team this 2008 season.
